Energy Efficiency (Labelling of Regulated Machinery) (Amendment) Regulations 2022
Amendments brought to the Energy Efficiency (Labelling of Regulated Machinery) Regulations 2017 regulations through the Energy Efficiency (Labelling of Regulated Machinery) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 allow this Office to accept test reports, product certificates and energy labels as per the Commission Delegated Regulations (EU) mentioned in the table below for registration of the respective appliances:

It is brought to the attention of dealers that after August 31, 2022, the current energy label format shall no longer be accepted for the registration of new models of appliances mentioned in the above table. However, renewal of registration for models with current energy labels and which have registered prior to August 31, 2022 will be possible.
